Are you ready to meet your ideal self?

Since the work we did together on these feelings, I hardly have any negative thoughts, and my focus has significantly improved. This week, except for Tuesday, I comfortably worked between 6 to 8 hours and it was so enjoyable that I didn't feel tired at all. My focus was entirely on the exam, and it felt so good, truly... I realized how important emotions are. Focusing and studying for hours felt like therapy rather than a burden. I also want to thank you very much!!

Frequently Asked Questions

01.

Is it therapy?

Motivational counseling is based on a therapeutic approach known as motivational interviewing. It addresses any situation related to the psychology of motivation in daily life but does not aim to heal clinical disorders, which is the literal meaning of therapy. Our expertise lies in the field of neuroscience, and we have also worked with clients who have clinical findings. In this context, we support them with cognitive skill-enhancing exercises alongside the therapy they receive from a clinical psychologist, working to improve their quality of life.

02.

What does it involve?

Since it is considered psychological counseling, it is suitable for almost everyone. You may not know who you are or where to start. You may feel stuck or unable to move. You may suffer from procrastination or perfectionism. Or you may have a vision of yourself, a plan for who you want to be, and you may want to receive coaching support. Each of these is normal, part of life, and you are in safe hands.

03.

The general path

First session: The client identifies their main issues. With the feedback received, they recognize which areas they feel good or challenged in.
Second session: The client is better understood through tests and life stories.
Ongoing sessions: Our clients usually report feeling different from their fourth session onwards.

04.

How does it work?

When you press "Reserve," you have the option to take a single session or a package session. We share the tests with you in both cases (the number varies according to necessity).
Package sessions are more economical due to tax reasons compared to single sessions. Additionally, we do not charge extra when you use the installment option. Our prices vary according to the average counseling fees to ensure everyone can benefit equally.
After making an appointment, we share a link with you for the meeting.
