About Me
In my list of values, there were truth-seeking, love, and creativity.
Before delving into my educational background, I'd like to briefly introduce myself as a person. I have a deep passion for assisting others and finding ways to emotionally uplift people. The more I get to know myself, the better I understand others, and vice versa. I thrive in competition with myself when it comes to personal growth and learning. These traits align well with my Enneagram type 2 with a wing 3.
- I was born in Izmir and have Pakistani roots.

- Personally, I believe that each of us should have a life philosophy. While I've come to this realization through my observations, I also see that motivational counseling aligns with the scientific foundations.
- I began my counseling journey with a values list and SDT (Self-Determination Theory). In my values list, I had truth-seeking, love, and creativity. I now believe that my current profession and my background in neuroscience align perfectly with these values. From this perspective, I don't have any ambivalence :)
*In the language of counseling, ambivalence refers to the mismatch between our actions and our values and dreams. Clients often prefer counseling because they feel this in their lives.
